# WodAI

> WodAI is a workout knowledge engine. It turns 9,000+ historical CrossFit workouts (2001-2026) from plain text into structured, machine-readable training data, enriched with analysis of muscle load, movement patterns, stimulus, energy systems, difficulty, and complexity. That structure powers natural-language search, workout comparison, historical analysis, stimulus-preserving scaling, and workout generation.

WodAI is developed and operated by Miquel Gomis (https://www.miquelgomis.es). It is currently in a pre-launch, early-access phase. Everything interactive on the WodAI website is a preview built on simulated data, clearly labeled, to demonstrate how the product will work at launch.

WodAI is an independent tool and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with CrossFit, LLC, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. "CrossFit" is a registered trademark of CrossFit, LLC. All workout data referenced by WodAI is used for descriptive, historical, and analytical purposes only.
