These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wodai.eu and the WodAI application (together, the "Service"), developed and operated by Miquel Gomis (https://www.miquelgomis.es). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
WodAI is an AI-powered functional fitness programming tool that generates workout suggestions using a dataset of historical benchmark and daily workouts enriched with biomechanical metadata. The Service is currently in a pre-launch, early-access phase and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Health & Fitness Disclaimer
Workouts, programming, and content generated by WodAI are for informational and training-planning purposes only and do not constitute medical or professional fitness advice. You should consult a physician or qualified coach before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions. You assume full responsibility for any risk of injury resulting from participation in any exercise or workout generated through the Service.
4. Trademark Disclaimer & Non-Affiliation with CrossFit, LLC
WodAI is an independent tool and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with CrossFit, LLC, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. "CrossFit" is a registered trademark of CrossFit, LLC. Any reference to "CrossFit" on this Service is used descriptively, to identify the style of functional fitness training and the publicly documented historical workout data the Service references, and does not imply any sponsorship or endorsement by CrossFit, LLC. All workout data used by WodAI is used for descriptive, historical, and analytical purposes only.
5. Early Access & Waitlist
Submitting your email address to join the WodAI early access waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service, a specific launch date, or any particular feature set. We may modify, delay, or discontinue the early access program at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, software, branding, and underlying technology, is the property of Miquel Gomis and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miquel Gomis and WodAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
9. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update these Terms or modify the Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which Miquel Gomis operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
