Purpose of the Platform

WodAI is an artificial intelligence-assisted workout generator for CrossFit, Hyrox, and functional training, designed to help fitness professionals plan their sessions efficiently. The platform allows users to generate personalized workouts based on available equipment and target audience, as well as store and access generated workouts for later use.

Acceptance of Terms

Accessing or using WodAI constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Users must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to register and use the services offered.

User Registration and Data

To use the platform, users must register by providing their name, gym or box name, email address, and password. Passwords are stored encrypted. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, which will only be used for account management and service provision.

Services and Features

• Generation of personalized workouts based on available equipment and target audience.
• Storage of generated workouts for later access.
• Copy and distribution functionality for generated workouts.
• Freemium model, with limited features in the free version and full access via Premium subscription through Stripe.
• The Company reserves the right to temporarily limit access in cases of unreasonable or abusive use.

Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including texts, images, logos, code, and generated workouts, is owned by the Company or third parties that have authorized its use. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of content without express consent is prohibited.

Trademark Disclaimer and No Affiliation

CrossFit® and HYROX® are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Any reference to CrossFit® or HYROX® on the WodAI platform is made strictly for descriptive and informational purposes only, in order to identify the type of training or competition formats for which workouts may be generated.

WodAI is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or officially connected to CrossFit, Inc., HYROX Global, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The use of these trademarks does not imply any partnership, certification, approval, or commercial relationship of any kind. All trademarks, logos, and brand names mentioned remain the property of their respective owners.

Responsibility and Use of Generated Workouts

Workouts generated by WodAI are support tools only and must be reviewed, approved, and instructed by a certified fitness professional. The Company is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the direct use of generated workouts. Users acknowledge that safe practice and supervision are the sole responsibility of the supervising professional and that WodAI provides only automatically generated suggestions via artificial intelligence.

Limitation of Liability

Access to and use of the platform is provided "as is" without guarantees of availability, continuity, or specific results. The Company shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use WodAI.

Payments and Premium Subscriptions

• Payments are processed via Stripe and automatically renewed according to the chosen plan.
• The Company may modify prices, conditions, or features of the subscription with prior notice.
• Claims related to temporary service failures of third-party payment processors will not be accepted.

Third-Party Services and Links

The platform may contain links to external services or websites. The Company is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of third parties.

Modifications of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the website. Continued use of WodAI constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia, and any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
